Wulongshan water park is the largest and best comprehensive interactive water park in northern Henan province. Construction started on March 1,2013, and opened on July 16,2013. The planned area is more than 600 mu, with a total investment of 120 million yuan. In 2020, in order to further improve the quality of scenic spots and meet the needs of tourists, the water park will be upgraded and renovated, with a total investment of more than 60 million yuan, of which: 15 million yuan, three new types of special equipment were added, namely, river-turning, Whirlwind amusement park and fierce battle Octopus Island. The design is scientific and the steps are clear. The investment of 25 million yuan will be used to build a new integrated service hall, five-star standard, complete functions, reasonable layout; 20 million yuan, in infrastructure, public service facilities, green sanitation, color lighting construction, improve the park monitoring system, to keep abreast of the tourists' travel trends in real time; to plant hundreds of precious trees in the park, and to color and brighten all the ground and equipment in the park, so as to upgrade the overall level of the park; and to connect all the equipment in the park with sunshade sheds, enhance the comfort of tourists to play; add a 3a-class toilet, convenient for tourists, enhance satisfaction; reasonable layout of the restaurant rest area to meet the needs of tourists to play. At present, the park has 12 major themed water-play areas, including torrents, tsunamis, super loudspeakers, tumbling rivers, mysterious giant Beast Bowl, fantasy river rafting, passionate flying saucer shuttles, and fierce battle Octopus Island, suitable for different age groups of tourists experience.
